Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation, workshop preferences, message content, and billing details when you enquire or engage us. During facilitation we may record attendance lists and notes needed to produce a session summary.

Purpose of use

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, plan and deliver workshops, issue invoices, improve our practice, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Client engagement files, including summaries and invoices, are retained for seven years to meet accounting and professional record needs, unless a longer period is required by law.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who host email, file storage, or accounting systems under confidentiality obligations, and with professional advisers when required. We may disclose information if required by Australian law.

International transfers
