Acceptance
By using this website or commissioning workshop facilitation services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Services described
Pages describing workshops, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or engagement letter that sets scope, fees, dates, and deliverables.
Intellectual property
Website content, session designs created for you, and written summaries remain subject to the engagement letter. Pre-existing facilitation methods and templates stay the property of Orchard Base Facilitation Group. Client materials shared for preparation remain the client's property.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate context, securing participant attendance, arranging suitable venues when hosting on your premises, and ensuring attendees treat one another respectfully during sessions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Orchard Base Facilitation Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from workshop outcomes that depend on decisions made by your management team. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or scrape content for commercial reuse without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in South Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
